Frequently Asked Questions
Why don’t you accept returns?
I don’t accept returns because of the nature of my products. As soon as you receive your order, it will pick up energies from you and your home, making it unusable for other buyers. However, if you have a problem with your order, please contact me. I may be able to help you resolve your problem.
What if my product(s) don’t work for me?
Sometimes our desires can take time to manifest. If you find yourself becoming impatient, please contact me for assistance.
Why does my custom order take so long to ship?
All custom orders take time to prepare. Each one must be created, cleansed and charged under the new or full moon, and blessed in a ritual ceremony on my home altar. Since I can’t dictate the phases of the moon, I may need the extra time to await the proper moon phase.
I received a notice that my order was delivered, but can’t find package.
Once an order has been changed to the status of Delivered by the USPS, you must contact your local post office to locate package. With your tracking number, they should be able to locate your package. If your package was stolen, you must follow local protocol for your city or township. Ritual Arts Atelier will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages, once reported as delivered by your local postal carrier.
When will I receive my order?
When placing your order, you should receive estimated delivery dates, based on your choice of shipping and processing time. Once you receive a notice your order has shipped, you will receive estimated dates reflecting when you should expect your package. Please be aware that the USPS is experiencing serious delays in many cities due to Covid-19 restrictions. If you have not received your package by the estimated dates, please contact me immediately, so I can try to locate your package. Any packages sent USPS First Class Package are almost impossible to track, and may take longer to be delivered. Please keep this in mind, and give extra time before reporting your package delay. Packages sent USPS Priority are easily tracked.
I ordered a downloadable spell but have not received it yet.
Downloadable spells are available to download as soon as your payment information is verified. Simply go into your online Etsy account. Click on your Purchases & Reviews tab. Locate the receipt for your purchase from Ritual Arts Atelier. Click on your order. You will see a tab with “Download” or “Download Now”. Click on that tab to download onto your device.

Where do you you get your product photo statues?
All of the Goddess statues, in my product photos, are purchased on Amazon US. Many are sold out or have discontinued.
